1. Fold
Hold the base of your menstrual cup firmly between your fingers. Flatten the rim to remove the round shape, then fold it in half (C-fold or punch-down fold) to make the tip narrower for easy insertion.

2. Insert
Sit in a comfortable position — squatting, sitting on the toilet, or standing with one leg raised. Angle the cup slightly towards your tailbone, not straight up. Gently insert it into your vagina until the entire cup, including the long tail or loop, is inside.

3. Placement
Once inside, release the fold and allow the cup to fully open. You can rotate it slightly in both directions or gently pull down to ensure it forms a complete seal against the vaginal walls. If it doesn’t move when you tug lightly, it’s placed correctly.

4. Removal
